Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How much shipping cost?

UK Standard (£4.99) 2 -3 Days

European Standard (£14.99) 7 - 10 Days

International Standard (£23.99) 7 - 15 Days

Can I return an item?

We operate a 28 day returns policy from the date the order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags and labels still attached.
- Be returned using a tracked postal service.
- Always keep your postage receipt.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for items that are worn, damaged, missing tags or returned without tracking.

Before sending anything back, please contact us first either by email or via our social media channels.
- We aim to respond to all emails within 3 working days.
- On social media, you can expect a reply within 24 hours.

We will provide you with all the information needed to ensure your return is handled smoothly and quickly.
